Hi I love your brand and love wearing your products too. However I noticed something that I wanted to bring to your attention, is that the shade- AU Natural is not the same anymore. Its completely a different shade from my last purchase from the store beautiful and your website.

I used your french tip nails and first of all its very difficult to cut it as per nail size and paste it very accurately, you should sell only full coverage designs. And when I removed the stickers after 10 days, the glue was so strong that the upper nail palette of my nails started coming out and now my nails look so dehydrated and ugly! I even saw bubbles on the tips after 5 days, you should definitely use high quality materials even if they cost you more. Very dissatisfied with my purchase.
